all messaging is via the Signal app and/or email

support start dates:

• weekly support: begins the MONDAY following your purchase and runs for 7 consecutive days.

• monthly support: begins on the 1st or 15th of the month, whichever is after your purchase date, and runs until either the 30th or the 14th, respectively.

*it is possible to make exceptions for start dates, sometimes we have to be willing to move with the energy. that will always be agreed upon upfront via email.

you are welcome to send messages anytime but there are set hours for response windows and generally one day for integration

you will receive an email with an intake form, signal details, and the client agreement within 2 business days of purchase
